As a postpartum doula, I provide loving, personalized support to new mothers and families during the critical postpartum period. I offer assistance with newborn care, breastfeeding support, and emotional encouragement to help parents feel more confident and nurtured. I also provide guidance on postpartum recovery, and specialize in creating a calm, restful environment so families can focus on bonding with their baby.

I am located in Clinton, TN and currently serve all surrounding areas within 1-hour.
No, I currently do not offer overnight care or care beyond 2:00 AM.
The sooner in the pregnancy you contact me, the more likely I am to have availability for your due date/time frame. Care would ideally begin with at least one official postpartum visit in the last trimester and pick up again after baby is born.
Not exactly. Nannies are amazing and so important! Doulas differ in that they have extensive training specifcally aimed to help aid in healing (physically & mentally) during the postpartum period. Doulas have also received training in caring for your newborn including lactation, baby wearing, formula feeding, etc.
Every woman needs a doula! If I had it my way, all mothers would receive one. Everybody needs help every now and then, and doulas are the ultimate help for new mothers! We make the postpartum period smooth and calm for all involved.
To get started, I love to have a conversation by phone. Next, I like to have an in home consultation so I can meet families (spouses, siblings, pets) and we can further discuss how my services may be right for you. After that, we look at the due date, and the rest will be history!
